PERSONAL BRAND & PUBLICITY ENGAGEMENT
Undisputed Credibility,
On the Record.
Loudr Media already moves seven figures a month in ad spend and runs its own lead-gen brands. This is a full 90-day publicity engagement — positioning, story, targeted outreach, and amplification, built for both of you as one credible platform.

THE SITUATION
You're the Industry's
Best Kept Secret.
From our call, it's clear Loudr Media already won the hard part: seven-plus figures a month in ad spend, a proven lead-gen engine, and enough inbound business that networking for new clients isn't the goal anymore.
The next chapter isn't more paid media. It's making sure that when a conference organizer, a reporter, or a future partner looks either of you up, what they find actually matches what you've built.
That's what needs to change — and that's exactly what we'll build together.
- ✓ Seven-plus figures a month in ad spend, managed in-house
- ✓ A repeatable lead-gen engine and your own third-party brands
- ✓ A specific, defensible vertical — you don't need more clients
- ✓ Real stories worth telling: case studies, results, a founder arc
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
You've Built The Proof.
Nobody's Seeing It.
Loudr Media already has what most agencies spend years chasing — real revenue, a repeatable engine, and stories worth telling. The gap isn't results. It's whether anyone outside your client list can find them.
Your Name Shows Up. Your Work Doesn't.
Search either of you and something comes up — but none of it connects to the wins that built this business. No domain, no verified profile, no case studies tied to your name, so a reporter, event organizer, or future partner finds you without finding the proof.
Real Wins, Zero Press.
Seven-plus figures a month in ad spend, a proven lead-gen engine, real case studies — all of it sits in decks and call notes instead of pitches in an editor's inbox.
No System Behind Any Of It.
No target list, no pitch templates, no cadence. Wins happen, but nothing tracks them or turns them into the next placement.
THE APPROACH
The CRED Framework™
Four phases that hand off to each other in order, across one 90-day engagement — each one bounded and quantified up front, matched to the deliverables you approved, and built out in full for both Jeremiah and Brandon under one partner rate.
01 · Claim
Own your name across search and social before anyone else does.
02 · Reputation
Turn client results into press and bylines that reporters — not just you — can verify.
03 · Engage
Put the story in front of the right reporters, podcasts, and publications — personally, on a set cadence.
04 · Deliver
Turn placements into proof — repurposed everywhere, reported on every month.

THE TRANSFORMATION
Where You Stand Today
- Search their name and a LinkedIn profile is all that shows up
- No domain, disconnected social profiles
- Case studies exist but never reach a reporter
- No shared story connecting both of you as cofounders
- No pitch templates, no target list, no system
- Wins happen, but nothing tracks or repurposes them
- Your name is the undisputed authority — owns page one of search
- Verified domains, unified social presence for each of you
- Case studies actively pitched to press, on a set cadence
- One shared company narrative, plus a positioning story for each of you
- A tracked pipeline — 30–50 targeted outlets, pitch templates, follow-up built in
- Every placement repurposed into social, email, and sales assets, reported monthly
THE DIFFERENCE
Most Publicists Sell Placements. This Builds Infrastructure.
One connected system across search, press, and stage — documented, not a string of one-off wins that disappear once the invoice clears.
One-off conference tables with no follow-up system behind them.
Bylines produced without a placement strategy to get them seen.
Campaigns run before there's a credible foundation for them to land on.
CLIENT VOICES
What Founders Say About Building Their Brand With Stephanie
I've worked with Stephanie for several years, and she is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. She helped me build my personal brand alongside 62Above and my other brand, 2 Dads with Baggage, covering everything from positioning and story to a real, engaged online community around both. The strategy behind it is sharp, and the results have been fantastic. So happy I found her.
Lots of people say they understand the social media landscape, but I haven't found many who study the space like Stephanie. She is ahead of most because she is living proof with her own brand. Most of all, she gets the nuances of each platform, and how they are business tools that generate conversations that can lead to commerce. She is the real deal. Solid strategically and creatively.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this engagement right for us?
If Loudr Media already has the results — proven ad spend, real case studies, a defensible niche — and what's missing is search presence, press, and a stage platform, this is built for exactly that. It's not a lead-gen engagement; you already have one.
What if we haven't decided on personal brand names yet?
That decision is made together during Project Initiation, before Phase 1 work begins — nothing else in the Claim phase starts until it's finalized, since domains and profiles get built around it.
What do you need from us before we start?
Access to your domain registrar or DNS, your website/CMS, your social account logins, and your case study data — plus your finalized name decision from Project Initiation, and a same-week approval turnaround (24–48 business hours is standard) so outreach doesn't stall waiting on sign-off.
How is this different from hiring a publicist?
A publicist chases individual placements. This builds the system those placements plug into — positioning, messaging assets, a tracked pipeline — so the work keeps compounding whether or not any single pitch lands.
What about speaking engagements, awards, and local recognition?
Those aren't part of this engagement's core scope — we're keeping this focused on media placement and press, so the deliverables above stay bounded and don't creep. If you want to add speaking, industry awards, Entrepreneur/Forbes Council applications, or local/community authority work later, we'll scope and quote it as its own SOW, same as everything else outside this list.
What is a boilerplate?
A short, standard company description — usually a single paragraph — that runs at the end of every press release, media kit, and pitch. It keeps the story of who Loudr Media is consistent no matter who's writing about you, so reporters and partners always get the same accurate version.
What is a story angle bank?
A set of 10–15 distinct pitch angles built from your real case studies and proof points, each one framed as a story a specific type of reporter or outlet would actually want to cover. It means outreach never leans on one repeated pitch — there's always a fresh, relevant angle ready to go.
Why do we need customized pitch templates?
A generic pitch gets ignored. Customized templates are pre-built, angle-specific drafts tailored to different outlet types — trade press, business press, podcasts — so every pitch that goes out is targeted from the start instead of written from scratch each time, which is what actually keeps outreach volume up without sacrificing quality.
What is a media-ready bio?
A bio written specifically for press use — accurate, concise, and framed around the credentials and results that make you a credible source, not a LinkedIn summary or website About page. You'll get both short and extended versions so the right length is ready for any placement.
